How a property cleanout works

Three steps, whatever the size of the space.

  1. Free, No Obligation Estimate

James walks through the space with you, or works from photos, and prices the cleanout by volume.

  2. We Haul It Away

We clear it room by room, load the trailer and leave the space empty.

  3. Responsible Disposal

Usable items are donated, recyclables are sorted, and the rest goes to a licensed transfer station.

What a property cleanout costs

Your price comes from how much space everything takes up in our trailer, plus any disposal or recycling fees.

  • How much there is

One closet costs less than a full house or a packed storage unit.

  • How heavy or awkward it is

Appliances, pianos and solid furniture take more effort than bags and boxes.

  • How easy it is to reach

Basement stairs, attics and long carries add time to the job.

Every estimate is free and includes the labor, loading and disposal. No hidden fees, and you only pay for the space you use.

Why a cleanout is hard to do yourself

A whole space at once is a lot of sorting, lifting and driving.

  • Sorting every item

Deciding what to donate, recycle or throw away takes days when it's all on you.

  • Carrying it out

Stairs, heavy furniture and dozens of bags mean a lot of trips for one person.

  • Finding places for it all

Donations, recycling and trash each go somewhere different.

Skip all of it. Show us what stays and we'll clear the rest.

Where everything from your cleanout goes

Usable items go to donation partners, recyclables are sorted, and the rest goes to licensed transfer stations.

We proudly work with

  • Goodwill Industries of New Hampshire

For reusable household items and clothing

  • Savers Community Donation Center

    Multiple locations across New Hampshire

  • Local recycling centers and charities

    Across Hillsborough County

Property cleanout questions

Do you do rental and tenant trashouts?

Yes. We clear out rentals after a tenant moves out for landlords, realtors and property managers, and we handle move-in cleanouts too.

Can you clean out a storage unit?

Yes. Book a time that works with the storage facility and we'll load everything from the unit into our trailer.

Do you handle hoarder cleanouts?

Yes. We work through the space with you and donate what we can.

Do I have to sort things before you come?

No. Point out anything you want to keep and we'll handle the rest.

What happens to items in good condition?

We donate usable items to places like Goodwill and Savers and recycle what we can.

Do you take everything in the house?

Almost everything. We can't take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, car batteries or asbestos, or furniture with bed bugs.
