“What really stood out was his compassion and understanding while helping us clean out a loved one's estate. He was the only company that offered condolences, and that meant a great deal to us.”

How an estate cleanout works

Three steps, handled with respect.

  1. Free, No Obligation Estimate

James meets with you beforehand, walks through the home and talks through what stays and what goes.

  2. We Clear the Home

We work room by room and leave the home clean when we're done.

  3. Responsible Disposal

Usable furniture and belongings are donated, recyclables are sorted, and the rest goes to a licensed transfer station.

What an estate cleanout costs

Your price comes from how much space the home's contents take up in our trailer, plus any disposal or recycling fees.

  • How much there is

A one-bedroom apartment takes less trailer space than a full house with a basement and garage.

  • How heavy or awkward it is

Pianos, hutches and solid wood furniture take more effort than bags and boxes.

  • How easy it is to reach

Stairs, narrow halls and long walks to the driveway add time.

Every estimate is free and includes the labor, loading and disposal. No hidden fees, and you only pay for the space you use.

Why clearing an estate yourself is so hard

On top of everything else, it's a lot of physical work.

  • Time you may not have

Family members often live far away, and a whole house can take many weekends to clear.

  • Decisions about every item

Sorting a loved one's belongings is emotional, and doing it alone makes it harder.

  • Lifting and hauling

Furniture, appliances and boxes need a truck, helpers and trips to donation centers and the dump.

Let us carry the heavy part. Tell us what's staying, and we'll take care of the rest.

Where your loved one's belongings go

Usable furniture and household items go to donation partners, so they can help another family. Recyclables are sorted and the rest goes to licensed transfer stations.

We proudly work with

  • Goodwill Industries of New Hampshire

For reusable household items and clothing

  • Savers Community Donation Center

    Multiple locations across New Hampshire

  • Local recycling centers and charities

    Across Hillsborough County

Estate cleanout questions

Can you work with us if we live out of town?

Yes. Tell us how to get access and what to keep, and we'll coordinate the details by phone or text.

Can you set aside items the family wants to keep?

Yes. Point them out or mark them before we start, and we'll leave them in place.

What happens to furniture in good condition?

We donate usable furniture and household items, recycle what we can and take the rest to a licensed transfer station.

Can you remove furniture from a care facility room?

Yes. Let us know the facility's move-out rules and we'll work with them on timing.

Do you clear the basement and garage too?

Yes. An estate cleanout can cover every room, the basement, the attic and the garage.

How is an estate cleanout priced?

By the space the home's contents take up in our trailer, plus any disposal or recycling fees. James walks through first, and the estimate is free.
