What furniture removal costs

Your price comes from how much space your furniture takes up in our trailer. Three things move it up or down.

  • How much there is

One couch takes less space than a houseful of furniture.

  • How heavy or awkward it is

A sleeper sofa or a solid wood armoire takes more to move than a nightstand.

  • How easy it is to reach

Stairs, tight hallways and long carries add to the job.

Every estimate is free and includes the labor, loading and disposal. No hidden fees, and you only pay for the space you use.

Why getting rid of furniture yourself is a hassle

You have three other options. Each one leaves the heavy part to you.

  • Hauling it yourself

You need a truck or trailer and someone to help. You still lift it, carry it out and find a place that will take it.

  • Putting it at the curb

You still have to carry it outside, and big pieces often aren't picked up with regular trash.

  • Donating it

Charities only take furniture in good shape, and many ask you to deliver it. That puts you back to lifting and hauling.

Skip all of it. Tell us what's going and we'll lift it, load it and haul it away.

Where your furniture goes

Usable pieces go to our donation partners. The rest is recycled where possible, so less of it ends up in the landfill.

We proudly work with

  • Goodwill Industries of New Hampshire

For reusable household items and clothing

  • Savers Community Donation Center

    Multiple locations across New Hampshire

  • Local recycling centers and charities

    Across Hillsborough County

Furniture removal questions

Do you take mattresses and box springs?

Yes. We take mattresses and box springs on their own or along with other furniture.

Can you take furniture from upstairs, a basement or an apartment?

Yes. When you ask for your estimate, tell us where the furniture is and about any stairs, tight turns or elevators, since access affects the job.

Do I need to move furniture outside first?

No. You just point to what you want gone, and our crew handles all the lifting and loading.

How do you price furniture removal?

By how much space your furniture takes up in our trailer, plus any disposal or recycling fees. Estimates are free and include all labor, loading and disposal.

What happens to furniture that can still be used?

We donate usable pieces to partners like Goodwill and Savers, recycle what we can, and take the rest to a licensed transfer station.

How soon can you pick up my furniture?

We offer same-day or next-day service in most cases, and we'll text or call to let you know when we're on the way.

Which areas do you serve?

Merrimack, Hollis, Milford, Bedford, Amherst, Nashua, Hudson and surrounding towns, including Windham, Salem and Pelham. See our service areas.
