“Meanwhile James showed up when he said he would come, provided me with a quote, answered all questions, and was able to fit me in the very next day. Pool is now gone and he even was able to junk an old trampoline that didn’t last this past winter.”

How light demolition works

Three steps from standing structure to empty yard.

  1. Free, No Obligation Estimate

James looks at the structure, what it's made of and how we'll get to it, then gives you a price.

  2. We Take It Down

We take it apart, cut it down to size, load every piece and clean up the area.

  3. Responsible Disposal

Metal is recycled where possible, and the rest goes to a licensed transfer station.

What light demolition costs

Your price comes from the work to take it down and the trailer space the pieces fill, plus any disposal fees.

  • How big it is

A trampoline takes less time and trailer space than a full deck or a large shed.

  • What it's made of

Heavy materials and hot tub shells take more work to cut down and load.

  • How easy it is to reach

Backyards behind fences, slopes and long carries add time.

Every estimate is free and includes the teardown, loading and disposal, with no hidden fees.

Why tearing it down yourself is a hassle

Taking a structure apart is only half the job.

  • Tools and time

Saws, pry bars and a free weekend, and the job still takes longer than planned.

  • Heavy, awkward pieces

Hot tub shells, deck boards and pool walls are heavy and full of nails and sharp edges.

  • Getting rid of it

A teardown fills a trailer fast, and the debris has to go to the right facility.

Skip all of it. We'll take it down, load it up and haul it away.

Where the pieces go

Metal is recycled where possible, usable items like old patio furniture go to donation partners, and the rest goes to licensed transfer stations.

  • Savers Community Donation Center
